You must create an account to use certain features of SocialMe. You agree to use SocialMe only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. 4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to SocialMe. By using our Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

5. AI-Generated Content

SocialMe uses artificial intelligence to help generate content suggestions. While we strive to provide high-quality suggestions, you are solely responsible for reviewing and editing any AI-generated content before publishing. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, appropriateness, or legal compliance of AI-generated content.

6. Third-Party Integrations

SocialMe integrates with third-party platforms such as LinkedIn and Twitter. Your use of these integrations is subject to the terms and policies of those platforms. We are not responsible for any actions taken by these third-party services, and you acknowledge that connecting your accounts authorizes us to access and post content on your behalf.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SocialMe and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and we may delete your account and associated data.
